complemented by our offshore facility.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Kaiser Foodline is a manufacturer of packaged frozen foods. Our brands, Kaiser & Colonel Kababz, primarily reach consumers through our network of distributors who deliver products to retailers across the U.S. For select items, we also partner with wholesale clubs like Costco.

What does USDA-certified, Zabiha halal mean?

If you see the USDA-certified Zabiha Halal claim on a food product, it’s proof that it complies with USDA regulations and Islamic dietary laws.  

There are 2 types of Zabiha Halal meat/poultry: Zabiha Halal machine-cut, the most commonly found type in halal butcher shops and grocery stores, and Zabiha Halal hand-cut, preferred by a smaller percentage of consumers.

Kaiser Foodline beef and lamb products have always been hand-cut Zabiha Halal. Our poultry products are a mix of both Zabiha Halal methods. We’re specifying which ones are hand-cut by adding “Certified Hand-Cut” text on the packaging for increased transparency.

When his comfort food was oceans away, Mansur Kaiser’s passion for food
sparked his entrepreneurial spirit, and homesickness kickstarted an
exhilarating culinary venture.

While at college, he taught himself to handcraft his favorite
Indo-Mediterranean recipes from scratch, mastering the art of traditional
preparations and classical cooking techniques. As his skills refined, he
realized his authentic recreations of heritage recipes had the potential to offer
an immersive culinary experience to any food lover.

He ventured into the South Asian and Mediterranean restaurant scene while
developing ways to perfectly preserve the timeless essence of his traditional
recipes for a larger audience. Once successful, Mansur transitioned into the
frozen food industry, swiftly emerging as the front-runner in the ethnic market.

Today, Mansur invites everyone to partake in a rich legacy of traditional
cuisine. His brands, Kaiser and Colonel Kababz, deliver the inspiring flavors of
authentic Indo-Mediterranean recipes with effortless convenience.
